Refund Policy

At Willow and Wren Counseling, all counseling, coaching, consultation, and related services are considered final once they have been provided. Because services involve the time, preparation, and professional expertise of the provider, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions or services.

1. No Refunds for Completed Services

All fees paid for sessions, consultations, or services already rendered are non-refundable.
This includes:

• Individual therapy sessions

• Telehealth sessions

• Coaching or consulting sessions

• Evaluations, reports, or written documentation

• Any additional professional services

Once a service has been delivered, the payment is considered final.

2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Our cancellation and late-cancellation policies are detailed in your Client Agreement.
In general:

• Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance may be charged a late-cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and may be billed at the full session rate.

Please review your signed Client Agreement for full details.

3. Extenuating Circumstances

While refunds are generally not offered, exceptions may be made in rare and exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Willow and Wren Counseling.

Examples may include:

• Documented emergencies

• Provider-initiated cancellations that cannot be rescheduled

• Billing errors

These situations are evaluated individually, and approval of a refund is not guaranteed.
